Accepting our bodies the way God made them is a great FEAT amongst WOMEN. We are BOMBARDED with media PROPAGANDA everyday, telling us WHAT beauty is, and WHO beauty is.

But we know the WAYS of this WORLD are not Godly. The ways of this WORLD do not promote PEACE of MIND and instill JOY in our HEARTS. The ways of this WORLD are RECKLESS, harsh — even CRUEL.

Tis the season to EAT!

Along with Family, Christmas carols, Christmas decorations, and PRESENTS under the TREE, festive EATING  is part of the ENJOYMENT of the season.

However, along with eating all these tasty high fat and sugary foods, come thousands upon thousands of extra calories that inevitably cause you to gain weight.

You refuse to deny yourself of these foods – it’s Christmas – and you want to eat all that you desire. You DON’T want to HAVE to THINK about HEALTH until the New Year.

However, you don’t like FRUMPY either -  Santa wears that BEST. And it would be nice NOT to have to WORRY or DEAL with LOSING the extra WEIGHT in the NEW YEAR.
