God has given you a Min­istry Vision. Some­thing new, some­thing unheard of, but some­thing you know will change and affect the world for Christ. It’s not easy to start a new and uncon­ven­tional min­istry in the Church.

The CHURCH — the Body of Christ —  has been oper­at­ing by the same blue­print for cen­turies, in which souls have received SALVATION and come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Sav­ior. Praise God!

As a result, for the ultra con­ser­v­a­tive, the tra­di­tion­al­ist, one can deduce that a new way of doing Min­istry is not nec­es­sary, or should even exist.

How­ever when one STUDIES and under­stands the struc­ture of the Church laid by the Apos­tle Paul Eph­esians 4:11 one can see — by Holy Spirit rev­e­la­tion — that there are hun­dreds of ways believ­ers can under­take and con­duct Min­istry uphold­ing the 5 point struc­ture of the CHURCH.

And hun­dreds of ways to use the dif­fers gifts that the one Spirit has given us. 1 Corinthi­ans 12:4

We are in the end of days. The Word of God is AIMED to reach the FOUR cor­ners of the earth bring­ing souls to repen­tance. Matthew 24:14

There­fore it would make sense, that God would ORDAIN hun­dreds of dif­fer­ent types of Min­istries to fill and SPROUT the EARTH.
Here are 7 Ways Inno­v­a­tive Min­istries are Empow­er­ing the Church:

1 — Cre­ates a New Avenue For Wit­ness­ing & Bring­ing Souls to Christ — With the tech­nol­ogy and resources we have today, and a snap­shot of what is to come, inno­v­a­tive MINISTRIES with orig­i­nal and new IDEAS, can use this PROVISION to take ROOT and FLOURISH in any area God sees fit. You call it, as the Holy Spirit reveals the VISION to you.

SALVATION will be MINISTERED to an unreached pop­u­la­tion that we now have access to because we are doing things CREATIVELY & DIFFERENTLY, using our AVAILABLE resources, while still ABIDING by the WORD of God.

2 — Attracts More Work­ers For the Har­vest Matt 9:37 — Jesus said it — We have a plen­ti­ful har­vest, but few labour­ers to do the work. The GREAT thing about new and inno­v­a­tive Min­istries, is that it will attract more WORKERS!

It will ATTRACT the atten­tion of those who are believ­ers, but not yet serv­ing in Min­istry. Or those serv­ing in Min­istry, but not the one God has called them to.

The more catered, or spe­cific the min­istry, the BETTER the oppor­tu­nity to attract WORKERS that have the GIFTS and PASSIONS that are CONDUCIVE to that par­tic­u­lar MINISTRY.

3 — Births New Min­istries – Another EMPOWERING thing about inno­v­a­tive min­istries, is that it may give rev­e­la­tion, or direc­tion, or con­fir­ma­tion to another believer — or band of believ­ers — to birth their own inno­v­a­tive ministry.

Oth­ers can be exhorted to engage in the Min­istry God has spo­ken to them about, but were unsure or doubt­ful of, because the Min­istry was not like the others.

Wit­ness­ing another’s inno­v­a­tive min­istry may be exactly what they need to take that FIRST coura­geous step of faith towards their divine des­tiny.

4 — Cre­ates a New Breed of Vision­ar­ies and Lead­ers – With new vision­ar­ies, come new lead­er­ship, and a ‘new way of doing’ things. What GREAT poten­tial there is!

NEW vision­ar­ies and lead­ers can PLANT and BIRTH a WHOLE blood­line of equipped and spirit-led lead­ers, con­duct­ing min­istry in a way that will pro­duce fruit­ful, super­nat­ural, and long last­ing results for the KINGDOM.

And he gave some, apos­tles; and some, prophets; and some, evan­ge­lists; and some, pas­tors and teachers; For the per­fect­ing of the saints, for the work of the min­istry, for the edi­fy­ing of the body of Christ: Eph­esians 4:11,12

5 — Opens Oppor­tu­nity For Full Time Min­istry & Earn­ing a Liv­ing - With GREAT inno­va­tion, comes great OPPORTUNITY — oppor­tu­nity that unleashes UNLIMITED poten­tial of all kind of SORTS, and for all kinds of people.

Unlim­ited oppor­tu­nity includes the POTENTIAL call­ing of ONE to earn a liv­ing in full-time MINISTRY.

We see Pas­tors, and Preach­ers, tel­e­van­ge­lists, and Bish­ops in the media doing this today. How this oppor­tu­nity will work for you is influ­enced by a vari­ety of factors.

Vision is where all MINISTRY begins. So I would start seek­ing God’s will for your life if you have not already, sub­mit­ting and obey­ing him, and then wait­ing on rev­e­la­tion and vision for the FUEL and the FIRE…

Write down the rev­e­la­tion and make it plain on tablets so that a her­ald­may run with it. Hab­bukuk 2:2

6 — Breaks the Molds of Tra­di­tion — Although TRADITION gives us STRUCTURE, and pre­serves CULTURE and VALUES through the AGES, strict tra­di­tion DOES NOT make room for the “NEW”.

It does not make room for NEW spirit-led ideas and DIRECTION that PROGRESSES the King­dom and God’s PLAN for ulti­mate RESTORATION.

Inno­v­a­tive Min­istries break the MOLD of tra­di­tion and allow the LIVING BREATHING Spirit of God to lead the CHURCH — not rules and reg­u­la­tions that get STUCK in TIME.

7 — Keeps the Sec­u­lar World’s Eye on Us — Most of the sec­u­lar DEVELOPED world have STEREOTYPED our faith. Called it RELIGION.
Called Chris­tians HYPOCRITES, and expect noth­ing short of PERFECTION from us because we are BELIEVERS who are SUPPOSED to be like Christ. If we FALL SHORT, we are a DISGRACE.

How­ever inno­v­a­tive Spirit-led Min­istries that are IMMERSED in the mar­ket­place, in the sec­u­lar person’s social media time­line, and amidst the mod­ern day tech­nol­ogy that has MESMERIZED the world, have a FRESH way of rep­re­sent­ing our faith, shar­ing the GOSPEL, and shin­ing new light on WHO WE ARE.

With inno­v­a­tive min­istry, we can be more PASSIVE than ACTIVE if we want to, and have the UNSAVED approach us, as opposed to us approach­ing them, because we exist and oper­ate with the tech­nol­ogy, and in the are­nas that peak their inter­ests and hold their DREAMS.

Inno­v­a­tive Min­istries are NOT for every­one. God may have called you to a tra­di­tional min­istry that brings you GREAT joy and ful­fill­ment. Praise God for that! For in joy­ful min­istry, is abun­dant life, the life that Jesus came to give. John 10:10

What mat­ters in the END, is SPIRIT-LED, bib­li­cal, and heart­felt min­istry. Whether inno­v­a­tive or tra­di­tional, we all belong some­where. Some­where where the best of who we are in Christ can SHINE. Some­where where in the END, GOD will say, “Well Done”.
